Peter Underwood Centre for Educational Attainment Biennial Symposium

Education Transforms 2017 is an international gathering involving all who work for and with children and young people, in Hobart 12 – 14 July

The Peter Underwood Centre for Educational Attainment is a collaborative project between the University of Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government.

The 2nd Education Transforms Symposium will bring together educators, programs and policy makers, scholars and learners to share insights on five key themes:

  • Social, cultural and political dimensions of educational attainment
  • The future of education, learning, and training
  • Education to employment pathways
  • Communities, families and individuals – well-being and attainment
  • The place-based and spatial dynamics of educational attainment
