About FutureFest
FutureFest, in its second year, is an opportunity for many to experience the future of Tasmania powered by technology. It is also an opportunity for startups to learn and pitch, for students and potential students to understand the skills for the future, for businesses to see how they can transform and for our home grown technology teams to show us what they do.

FutureFest begins with Will Hartigan from the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science’s strategic foresighting team. His event will discuss the stormy weather front of our approaching future – and how innovative entrepreneurs can help us to navigate through and find something real on the other side.
