Would you like to give something back to your community? Are you interested in leading/contributing to a committee of motivated locals who will focus on driving economic development in your region?
The Regional Development Australia (RDA) Tasmania Committee is seeking regional leaders from the Cradle Coast Region with vision, drive and business experience. We are seeking people who are able to help facilitate economic development opportunities and investment for our regional communities and create jobs and growth.
Committee members are volunteers, and will meet at least 5 times per year at various locations across Tasmania. Other commitments include occasional issue specific meetings (normally via teleconference) and written feedback to help guide position papers and other advice to government.
If you live in the north west and west coast regions of Tasmania, and wish to make a positive difference to our regional economies, please consider nominating for position on the RDA Tasmanian Committee.
Applications for Committee Member positions are sought from highly motivated and experienced people who are knowledgeable about the economic strengths and challenges of the Cradle Coast Region and Tasmania. We are inviting expressions of interests to fill up to two positions.
Regional Development Australia Committees are an initiative of the Australian Government. Additional information can be found here.
