Assist existing and prospective Tasmanian tourism and hospitality businesses!
The Tourism Innovation Grant Program is designed to assist existing and prospective Tasmanian tourism and hospitality businesses to realise projects that will increase and expand visitor demand to the broader benefit of the sectors.
The program’s intention is to support the development of new or improved tourism products and experiences that will:
- Generate visitation,
- Create strategic business benefit for the tourism and hospitality sectors, and
- Assist in the development of contemporary and competitive Tasmanian tourism offerings which are consistent with the goals of the T21 Visitor Economy Recovery Action Plan to increase visitor spending, grow the value of regional tourism and support new employment opportunities.
Grants of up to $1 million are available with a minimum application value of $50,000. A total of $8 million in funding has been allocated to the program.
