Inquiry into Small Business Natural Disaster Preparedness and Resilience

The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) Bruce Billson is conducting an inquiry into Small Business Natural Disaster Preparedness and Resilience.

As part of the inquiry, the Ombudsman will engage with relevant stakeholders, including small businesses, as well as their advisers and representatives, and with government and other relevant organisations.

From February 2022, Ombudsman Bruce Billson is set to visit natural disaster-hit areas across the country seeking vital on-the-ground feedback. If you would like to participate in a feedback session, then please visit the  ASBFEO Website for more details.

Alternatively, RDAs wanting to contribute to the inquiry can share a story or idea relevant to small business natural disaster preparedness and resilience here.

The Ombudsman will report to the Minister for Employment, Workforce, Skills, Small and Family Business, the Hon Stuart Robert MP no later than 18 March 2022.
